What an Inmate Profile May Show

The research source identified possible JailTracker/Public Safety Cloud app model fields but did not confirm a public sample profile after CAPTCHA. Treat the following as likely categories that may appear depending on access, current status, and what the jail exposes to the public. For official copies of court filings, charge dispositions, or certified records, use the Circuit Court Clerk or KYeCourts rather than the jail roster.

VINE and KOOL Custody Fallbacks

Hardin County's jail source links VINE and says VINE receives updated information every 15 minutes from the detention center booking system. VINE is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, in English and Spanish. The local page lists the VINE phone number as 1-800-511-1670. Search options include offender name or alias, with middle initial, date of birth, and arrest date available to narrow same-name results. Offender identification number can also be used.

VINE can return custody status, offender number if searched by name, and location. Notification events include release, escape, return after escape, unsupervised custody, transfer, and advance release notice.
